After I had to leave my career as a fashion buyer, in ill health and
stressed out I was diagnosed with CFS, Rhuematoid Arthritis and
Fibromyalgia. I followed the normal path of mainstream medicine
to try to regain my health, while still trying to work at my previous
pace, but was finding it difficult. It was not until I started to use
natural therapies, including hypnotherapy that I came to understand
the mind/body connection.

Dealing with the emotional well being of a person, helps the body
to heal, as it is no longer having to "repress" the emotional discomfort
and pain withheld from expression within the body.

When a client comes to me, I respectfully treat the whole person,
not just their current presenting problem or problems.

I am honoured to have been able to help people over many years
to feel better about themselves and to feel stronger in terms of
being able to manage themselves to lead a more contented life.
