Using clinical hypnotherapy, person centred counselling and (where
requested only) spiritual therapy modalities. Over the last ten years

I use gentle psychotherapeutic methods to effect real and lasting positive change in the mind and body. Dealing with the emotional well being of a person, helps both the mind and also the body to heal, as it is no longer having to "repress" emotional discomfort and pain which may have been withheld from expression. When a client comes to me, I respectfully connect with and treat the whole person, not just their current presenting problem/s.
I am honoured to have been able to help people from 5 years old to 80 plus, to feel better about themselves and to feel stronger in terms of being able to manage for themselves to lead a more contented life.
I regularly participate in ongoing postgraduate training, association meetings and seminars to ensure that my professional, personal and spiritual commitment to best practice is provided to my clients.
