  " I came to this work from a corporate lifestyle working long
    hours. My health eventually suffered due to failure to take time to
    notice what was going on inside myself. I didn't take proper care
    of my health and became "burnt out".  I couldn't walk up stairs
    without pain and was always tired. After seeing many doctors and
    specialists I was finally diagnosed with C.F.S., rhuematoid arthritis
    and fibromyalgia.
   
    I tried the normal avenues of allopathic medicine to regain good
    health and was still working at my previous pace, but was finding
    it very difficult to continue. It was not until I started to learn about
    and use natural therapies that I began to understand and feel the
    connection between mind, body and spirit, that I began to heal.
  
    I found one of the most effective, fast and powerful modalities
    was hypnotherapy, which helped me deal with physical pain,
    addiction (chocolate was my drug of choice), the continual lack of
    energy, debilitating fatigue,and resolving emotional issues
    that I believe had led to my ill health.
  
    Dealing with the emotional well being of a person helps the mind,
    body and spirit have the freedom to heal, as it is no longer having
    to "repress" the emotional discomfort and pain.
 
    When a client comes to me, I treat the whole person, not just
    the problems they might be presenting with... such as smoking,etc..
    
    I believe that permanent change can only happen at a deeper
    level when realisation occurs in the heart.
 
    I consider it an honour that people come to me for support for themselves,
    and am blessed to have been able to have successfully helped many clients
    to develop the emotional, creative and spiritual growth that they have been
    looking for.
